Fernando Gonzalez, 27, of Davenport, Iowa, is being held on a $200,000 cash-only bond after police said he uploaded and shared videos and images depicting child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Detectives with the Davenport Police Department were assigned a NCMEC CyberTip report from Snapchat on or about January 7, 2026, reporting that two video files were uploaded on or about December 20, 2024 depicting CSAM. Investigators learned about an additional five related NCMEC CyberTip reports from Kik, ranging from about October 9, 2024 to February 17, 2025, reporting nine videos and five images depicting CSAM shared in private chat messages. Detectives executed a search warrant on February 25, 2026; three cell phones belonging to Gonzalez were found to contain a combined 94 videos and 27 images depicting CSAM, with victims ranging in age from toddler to pubescent.
