Dolman Law Group filed a new lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court against Roblox Corporation and, for the first time, Meta Platforms Inc. as co-defendant, marking the firm's third California filing in one week and fourth since July 2026. The firm presently represents over a dozen Roblox rape victims who were sexually assaulted after being groomed on the gaming platform, including an eleven-year-old girl from central Florida who was kidnapped and violently raped by a sexual predator who groomed her on Roblox. A 2024 Bloomberg exposé stated Roblox has a "pedophile problem" causing real-world harm ranging from child sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, nude photos, and in-person sexual assault, rape and kidnapping. The lawsuit alleges Roblox knowingly permits sexually exploitative environments to exist on the platform, normalising grooming pathways that lead children from in-game exploitation to anonymous predators.
