Herald Francisco Huete Vivas, 32, a Nicaraguan national with no legal status in the United States, was arrested July 23, 2026, and charged with 582 counts tied to child sexual abuse material and possession of a child sex doll. Investigators reported that his account contained 581 files depicting CSAM, including two video calls in which Huete Vivas allegedly spoke live to a juvenile who was exposing themself. Authorities also confirmed he purchased the doll from Temu. After arrest, Huete Vivas waived his rights and confessed to viewing CSAM, purchasing the doll, and using it for sexual purposes. He was booked into the Bossier Maximum Security Facility with bond set at $750,000. Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill stated that Louisiana is not a safe haven for illegal aliens who exploit children.
